E-Run for Diversity : Run for workplace diversity
THE DIGITAL CHALLENGE FOR COMPANIES
E-Run for Diversity is a connected challenge open to all companies, regardless of size or industry.
Its goal: to encourage physical activity in the workplace while celebrating diversity in all its forms.
A dual objective:
- Encourage physical activity in the workplace
- Promote diversity within companies
This means fostering greater team cohesion, gender equality, intergenerational collaboration, improved accessibility and opportunities for employees with disabilities, and genuine recognition of both physical and mental well-being at work.
Created by the French Federation for Company Sport, the digital version of the Run for Diversity allows each employee to participate from anywhere, solo or in duo, walking or running.
An inclusive, fun, and engaging event that boosts team cohesion, CSR commitments, and employer branding.
Registration fee per participant is €15.
The 6th edition of E-Run for Diversity
will take place from September 29 to October 5, 2025.
For one week, participants can:
Walk or run, anytime, anywhere
Earn points through their steps using a dedicated app
Take on daily challenges and themed quizzes
Share their experience with a colleague – even one based in another country!
Final rankings will reward the top scores by:
- Country
- Company and subsidiary
- Solo or duo participants

A CHARITY CHALLENGE
Each edition of the E-Run for Diversity supports an organization promoting diversity in Europe.
This year again, FEMIX Sports is among the supported beneficiaries.
Already backed in 2024, the association continues its commitment to advancing gender diversity in the world of sports.
AN INTERNATIONAL CHALLENGE
From 2023 to 2025, the « Run for Diversity » project, coordinated by FFSE and co-funded by the European Commission, helped expand the concept of the Run for Diversity—both physical and digital versions—to other European countries.
HOW TO REGISTER?
Step 1 – Company registration
Your company’s coordinator downloads and completes the registration form
The form must be returned to companysport@efcs.org.
Once approved, the coordinator will receive:
- Login credentials for a BackOffice to monitor employee registration and participation during the E-Run
- A unique company-specific web link for employee registration, enabling them to be recognized on the E-Run app via their email address
Step 2 – Employee registration
Employees can create their account using the company’s unique code
The app will be available from mid-September
