La E-Course de la Diversité,
un challenge connecté
La 4e édition de la E-Run a lieu du 23 septembre au 1er octobre 2023.
Pendant toute la semaine, les participants, en solo ou en duo, cumulent des points grâce aux pas comptabilisés sur l’application. Ils peuvent courir ou marcher, quand et où ils le souhaitent.
La E-Run, un évènement à partager en duo avec un collègue d’une autre région ou d’un autre pays !
Des challenges toute la semaine
Chaque jour, des missions à réaliser en solo ou en duo permettent aux participants de gagner des points supplémentaires : faire le plus de pas possibles entre 12h et 14h, répondre à des questions sur la QVT, l’activité sportive ou encore la diversité, etc.
À la fin de la semaine, des classements verront les meilleurs pays, entreprises, filiales, solos et duos récompensés.
Comment s'inscrire ?
Pour participer à la E-Run, les entreprises doivent d’abord inscrire leur structure et choisir un référent.
- Le référent télécharge le formulaire, le complète et nous le retourne à l’adresse e-mail ffse@ffse.fr.
- Une fois l’inscription de l’entreprise validée par la FFSE, le référent reçoit un code entreprise unique. Ce code doit rester secret jusqu’à ce que l’application soit disponible pour les collaborateurs.
Chaque collaborateur procède ensuite à son inscription sur l’application grâce au code entreprise. L’application sera disponible à partir de mi-septembre. Pour créer un compte, suivez le tutoriel ci-dessous.
L’inscription à la E-Run est au tarif unique de 15 € par participant.

The E-Run for Diversity, a connected challenge
The 4th edition of the E-Run will take place from September 23rd to October 1st 2023.
Throughout the week, participants – solo or in duos – earn points for the steps they record on the app. They can run or walk, whenever and wherever they like.
The E-Run is a great opportunity to share a unique experience with a co-worker from another region or another country by competing in a pair (duo).
Many challenges throughout the week
Every day, participants earn additional points by completing missions (whether solo or in duos): walk as many steps as possible between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m., answer questions related to the quality of working life, physical activity, diversity, etc…
At the end of the week, awards will be given to best countries, companies, branches, solos and duos.
How do you register?
To enter the E-Run, companies must first register their organisation and select a contact person.
- The contact person must download the registration form, fill it in and sent it back to the FFSE via email at ffse@ffse.fr.
- Once approved by the FFSE, the contact person will receive a unique code for their company. This code must remain undisclosed until the app is made available to co-workers.
Then, each co-worker gets registered within the app thanks to the company code. The app will be available mid-September. To create an account, follow the tutorial below.
The registration fee to participate in the E-Run is fixed at €15 per person.
